Insurance Information:
Our practice is considered out-of-network with all insurance providers. We are happy to provide each family with a superbill that includes all the necessary information to submit a claim to your insurance company. This allows your insurance provider to reimburse you directly.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected things come up, and we do our best to be flexible. To keep sessions running smoothly and allow us to serve all families, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment.

Evaluations: If a scheduled evaluation is missed without notice, a full session rate will be charged.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or instances of no call / no show, will be billed for the full session fee.

Illness Exceptions: We know kids get sick! If your child wakes up ill, please call and leave a message before 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment. Same-day cancellations due to illness made later in the day will still be billed.

Weather: If inclement weather affects appointments, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
