At Growing Independence, we focus on helping children build the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives through fun, engaging and individualized occupational therapy. We specialize in supporting children of all ages and all abilities to develop independence in self-care, play, learning and social participation. We use a play-based approach to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, coordination, motor planning and executive functioning skills.

We are located in Caroline County, VA and service all surrounding areas. Currently services will be held in your home, at your child's school or daycare or via tele-health.
